well for my first request, they did pay me but that was 5 months after my request and it's only $10. now its been almost 7 months after my second request and still no money. even if they do pay me, i won't be surprised if my future third request will take 1 year before they pay. Why? because they are still waiting for the money from the new members that they had scammed! extensive audit procedure my ass!

I signed up for bux.to in Feb. I was stupid and had not read their forum. I just saw the TOS. 30 or 60 days was fine with me!!! But after upgrading to premium and buying over 100 refs I played the waiting game. I cashed out 10$ and it took SEVEN MONTHS to receive -- PREMIUM. You know, I could have made 10$ in an hour just doing surveys at my college. After that I cashed out my 500$ to my bux card. I probably won't receive that for a few months. When that comes around I am DONE with buxto.
There really are no excuses left. There are PTC sites that pay instantly! Bux can barely pay on time and despite the fact that this has been an ongoing issue they have not changed their TOS. Seriously and the Alertpay-mass-payment-BS is old. The buxcard came out during that mess with the promise of being fast! HA. Bux card is like 5 months behind too.
I don't doubt bux.to is a ponzi scheme. If they were so great they would be able to afford STAFF MEMBERS. Not just one or whatever they have. Seriously! This is outrageous.
And I hate how everyone that receives their payments acts like Jesus just came to them. SERIOUSLY. When I got my payment after 7 months I didn't feel overwhelmed with joy. I said "Well it's about fucking time!". Getting paid is not proof! GETTING PAID ON TIME IS.

Heavy prison sentences for VAT fraudsters

Four men were sentenced to a total of 18.5 years at Birmingham Crown Court yesterday for a £39 million series of VAT and duty frauds involving computer components imported from the US and Hong Kong.
Omar Bassam, Paul Burke, Nicholas Skidmore and David Withers controlled a network of companies, bank accounts and property in the UK and the Cayman Islands.
The first stage of the frauds involved the importation of computer memory modules into the UK under false invoices. The components were undervalued by up to 1,000%- the value of one consignment was declared as $2,000 where the true value was nearly $1 million.
In the second stage, the computer dealers manufactured false invoices to support massive VAT reclaims to which they were not entitled. To add credibility to the invoices, they even “hijacked” the details and VAT number of Compaq Computers.
The Customs’ investigation started in Birmingham and continued in the US, Germany and the Republic of Ireland. Proceedings are currently pending in the US against the fraudsters’ local suppliers.
Financial investigations showed more than £85 million passing through just one bank account between May 1998 and January 1999. The assets of the four computer dealers have been seized by the customs. One of the fraudsters, Withers, has also pleaded guilty to an associated money laundering offence.
Bassam was sentenced to 18 months plus an additional 3 years if he fails to pay nearly £800,000 compensation. Burke was sentenced to 3 years on each of two charges to run concurrently with an additional 2 years if he fails to pay £440,000 compensation. Skidmore was sentenced to 7 years on each of four charges to run concurrently with an additional 2 years if he fails to pay compensation of £643,000.
Withers was sentenced to 6 years on each of two charges to run concurrently plus 1 year for the money laundering charge to run consecutively plus an additional 2 years if he fails to pay compensation of £205,000.
I got the same message and am sooo fed up with these people. I don't understand why they would even suggest it would take only 60 days. More like 6 months to never. I'm waiting for a $25 payment requested in June. Bux.to is BOGUS!

Basically, I did only $21 to test it out and I still haven't been paid. I sent 2 tickets, the first one was replied and said something along the lines "we are getting to it, send another ticket and you will be penalized" which I thought was hilarious. Next one was just not answered at all.

Their registrar of companies have sent this report to their police and ask me to make a police report in my country and the police here will liaise with the police there. My issue with Bux.to is that they don't pay anymore.
In the beginning,I was paid $10 the first time and $1,000 a month later.That was in 2007...I have been waiting for a payment of $7,780 from April 4th 2008.
